The screw vacuum pumps produced by our company cover various series such as dry type and anti-corrosion type. They are custom-made using high-quality cast iron, 304/316L stainless steel, titanium alloy, Hastelloy C276, etc. They feature stable operation, energy-saving and high efficiency, corrosion resistance, and no oil pollution. They are suitable for special working conditions in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, and metallurgy. They can be used alone or in conjunction with vacuum units to meet various customized vacuum operation requirements.

○Rotor material: QT600 40Cr, 38CrMoAl (nitrided) 

○ Sealing method: Mechanical seal + labyrinth seal / frame oil seal 

2. Customized anti-corrosion models 

○ Pump body material: 304/316L stainless steel, titanium alloy, Hastelloy C276 

○Rotor material: The same as the anti-corrosion material of the pump body, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis and corrosive gases. 

○ Sealing type: Corrosion-resistant mechanical seal, suitable for corrosive medium working conditions

European standard: ISO-K, KF, RF. Interface specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

•Pulverizable media: Air, water vapor, organic solvent vapor, various corrosive gases, small amounts of dust and particulate media 

• Intake medium temperature: Regular ≤ 80℃, Special customized model ≤ 120℃ 

• Working environment temperature: -10℃ to 45℃ 

• Environmental humidity: ≤ 85% RH (no condensation) 

• Explosion-proof configuration: Customizable Ex d IIB T4 explosion-proof type, suitable for flammable and explosive working conditions.

It can be customized with different materials, suction rates and vacuum levels according to the customer's working conditions, to provide a screw vacuum pump.
