I. Product Overview 

Our 2 WL/2WLW series vertical oil-free reciprocating vacuum pumps are designed with a vertical structure and an oil-free self-lubrication system. During operation, there is no oil contamination, and the maintenance is simple and convenient with a long service life. The products are suitable for various industrial applications such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, electronics, metallurgy, and environmental protection that require high cleanliness in the vacuum environment. They can extract clean air, steam, inert gases, and small amounts of non-corrosive dust. They can operate independently or be combined with Roots vacuum pumps to form a vacuum unit, meeting the vacuum operation needs in different scenarios. The full stainless steel series, titanium alloy series, and Hastelloy alloy series can meet the customer's requirements for extracting corrosive gases.

II. Core Basic Parameters 

Air extraction rate: 30 – 600 L/s (108 – 2160 m³/h) 

2. Maximum vacuum level: ≤ 50 Pa (0.5 Torr / 2.0 kPa) 

3. Working pressure range: From atmospheric pressure to absolute vacuum 

4. Motor type: Y series three-phase asynchronous motor, customizable with anti-vibration features. 

5. Speed range: 200 – 400 r/min (constant speed operation) 

6. Cooling method: Standard configuration is water cooling. For special working conditions, air cooling can be customized. 

7. Pump temperature rise: ≤ 40℃ 

8. Noise level: 70–80 dB (A) 

9. Working environment temperature: -10℃ to 45℃ 

10. Environmental humidity: ≤ 85% RH (no condensation) 

III. Structural and Material Parameters 

• Pump body material: HT250 gray cast iron, sturdy and durable, resistant to deformation 

• Piston / Cylinder Liner: Stainless steel inner lining, highly durable and corrosion-resistant, suitable for oil-free lubrication 

• Sealing method: Oil-free piston ring + special packing seal, no need to change the oil, strong sealing performance 

• Lubrication method: Oil-free self-lubrication, completely eliminating the possibility of the medium being contaminated by oil residues. 

• Cooling water pipe specifications: Φ15mm / G1/2" to G3/4"

Inlet / Outlet Flange Diameter: DN50, DN75, DN100, 125mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm, 320mm 

European standard: RF concave standard flange, customizable with various interfaces such as ISO-K, KF, etc.

VI. Applicable Conditions and Customized Services 

1. Extractable media: Clean air, steam, inert gas, non-corrosive organic vapors, a small amount of dust. By changing the material of the flow passage components, corrosive gases can also be extracted. 

2. Intake medium temperature: Standard ≤ 80℃, Customizable high-temperature resistant model (≤ 120℃) 

3. Customization Options: Available in Ex d IIB T4 explosion-proof model, anti-corrosion material model, special caliber model, and variable frequency speed control model. 

4. Ancillary Services: Can be combined with Roetz vacuum pumps, vacuum tanks, and electronic control systems. Customized integrated vacuum units are available, and exclusive vacuum solutions are provided.
