I. Product Overview
The screw-rotor vacuum pump unit is a dry, oil-free high-vacuum unit. It adopts a "rotor vacuum pump + dry screw vacuum pump" series combination structure. The rotor pump serves as the main extraction booster pump, while the dry screw pump acts as the pre-extraction pump. It combines the advantages of the rotor pump's high pumping speed and wide pressure range with the core characteristics of the screw pump, which is oil-free and clean, and has high vacuum performance. The entire process is oil-free lubrication and no medium pollution. It belongs to an energy-saving high-vacuum complete set equipment.
The unit does not need to be paired with wet-type pre-pumps such as water rings or reciprocating pumps. It can independently complete continuous pumping operations from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum levels. It has low operating noise, small vibration, and a long maintenance cycle. It can operate continuously for 24 hours with stable performance. It perfectly suits industrial scenarios with strict requirements for vacuum cleanliness and vacuum degree. It is an upgraded equipment that replaces traditional oil diffusion pumps and water ring + rotary piston units. It is widely used in high-end fields such as electronics and semiconductors, vacuum coating, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, food freeze-drying, aerospace, and new material research and development. The material of each pump can be adapted to corrosive process environments.
II. Core Basic Parameters
Air extraction rate: 108 – 9000 m³/h (30 – 2500 L/s). Test standard: inlet pressure 100 Pa, intake temperature 20℃, atmospheric pressure 101325 Pa. Performance deviation ≤ ±5%
2. Maximum vacuum level: ≤ 0.1 Pa (for highly clean dry operation conditions), standard model ≤ 0.5 Pa, customizable ultra-high vacuum model ≤ 0.01 Pa
3. Working pressure range: 1 atmosphere pressure to 1×10⁻² Pa, covering the entire range from low to high vacuum levels, suitable for the gas extraction requirements of multiple process stages.

VII. Operating Precautions
The crew must follow the sequence of starting the screw pump first and then the rotary pump. It is strictly prohibited to start the rotary pump alone to avoid overloading and damage to the motor.
Before operation, check whether the sealing components and pipeline connections of the unit are in good condition, and whether the check valves are functioning properly. Eliminate the problems of air leakage and backflow.
During operation, real-time monitoring of vacuum level, pump temperature rise, motor current and unit noise is carried out. Continuous operation under conditions of excessive temperature, overload or excessive pressure difference is strictly prohibited.
Regularly check the condition of the bearing lubricating grease. Replace the lubricating grease every 3,000 hours. There is no need to replace the lubricating oil in the pump chamber. The maintenance is very simple.
When shutting down, first turn off the Roots pump, then delay for 3 to 5 minutes before turning off the screw pump. At the same time, close the intake valve to prevent vacuum backflow from damaging the pump body.
• For long-term shutdowns, the rotor needs to be rotated regularly. Start the trial run once a month to prevent the rotor from getting stuck. In winter, take measures to prevent freezing to avoid pipeline cracking.
